What you need to understand about weight is that it alone doesn't necessarily indicate health. True health is about body composition which includes weight, bone, fat and muscle content of your body. Two people may have similar heights and even weights, but may look very different from one another because of their differing body composition.
Anyway, if you look great at 150 pounds and you are already healthy, then you should keep that weight because it reflects how your body is individually structured. Katy Perry's body composition is different from yours so don't use her weight and height as a guideline for how you think you should be. The number on the scale is misleading especially in today's thin-obsessed society so don't believe it. Just eat well and exercise and pay the scale no mind. You'll be just fine if you remember to be healthy. That's what really matters the most. Healthy comes in all shapes and sizes so don't let anyone tell you differently.
