so I really want to find a pre-workout for those days that I'm just extra tried in the morning as I go to the gym at 5 am. I heard that some pre-workout formulas have creatine and so they are more meant for men... Should I be wary of taking these?
Also, any other recommendations would be great.. fat burners or anything to get better results in the gym so that I can jump over this plateau that I've hit.
