Well, thank you! I have digestive tract issues so I basically have to avoid a lot of foods that would make anyone gain weight. I've tried before, but it hasn't worked. Maybe I should start trying to build muscle mass instead, but I hate lifting weights.
I've lifted before, but my arms never got toned. I probably didn't stick with it enough or I'm just not meant to have toned arms. As long as I look in the mirror and am happy with how I look that is all that really matters. I love to run and swim!

Well you do all that for next two weeks and I can tell you some pretty awesome workouts that can be done on alternate days and you dont need gym for that ha

Google them, HIIT is when you go high speed for specific time like 15 secs, And just half speed at specific time like 45 secs. Do it 10 times followed by 5min warming up and 5at end cooling down. And low intensity is just like jogging or walking fast for good 45mins, 1 hour
I don't do hard bulks. So if it takes years to hit that, I'll take it slow. I'm only upping calories when I am not gaining weight so the muscle mass going up will mean the fat % goes down because I'll have more mass. I don't do bulks and cuts like most people do.
I'm 5'2" and about 90 pounds. I look and feel my best at about 103-105. I'd like to get back up there I suppose. I feel embarrassed of how skinny I've gotten.
