Don't have time to work out... how to lose weight and tone up?

Are you trying to still be healthy? you can lose the body fat but slowly sneaking in exercises but you have to be consistent. including things like calisthenics and things of that nature and instead of cutting back on your meals trying eating healthy to feed your muscle that way you can push yourself harder. Often times people tend to "cut back" on meals which actual causes slows down your metabolism and drains you from the lack of vitamins and nutrients and at that point you'll start gaining weight again because your body will need the additional fat and nourishment. If you can't to cut back on the body fat percentage then just sneak in a few work out everyday and maybe take a few days of a week. Try sneaking them in when you first wake up like jumping jacks, planks, 1 legged squats, push ups etc also try not to do reps try to do it for a certain amount of time that way your pushing yourself harder. Just a idea though..

i'm not trying to starve myself or anything, but i've been monitoring my portion sizes. also i've been trying to eat smaller means consistently throughout the day- like 5 small meals instead of 3 big ones (someone gave me that advice before)
but thanks for the warning i'll try to watch to make sure i get in enough nutrients!
The best time to eat a lot is probably around lunch time. Your metabolism tends to be at its peak during that time between 11-3 just don't over do it lol

I suggest doing little things like taking the stairs whenever the opportunity presents itself. Climbing stairs is actually pretty strenuous cardiac activity. So if you're going up and down an extra 3 flights of stairs per day, that adds up.
Other little things would include, opening up doors instead of pressing the handicap button that automatically opens them, sitting up straight while in your chair, etc.
I've also heard that some people will do things like push-ups or jumping jacks during commercials when they watch TV. I tried that once though and hated it. Ruined my relaxation time.

There are some leg exercises you can do while sitting in front of the computer or whatever. I don't remember what kind though. Do some research or experiment on your own.
You don't need the gym at all. Just eat less and less until you start losing weight each week.
Bodybuilders just fast a few days out of the week.
I have been eating less but I'm not going to starve myself. also i'm looking to build muscle, not just lose fat so i'm trying to find some exercises, even if they're small, that will help me tone my muscles
