Don't have time to work out... how to lose weight and tone up?

I'm not trying to lose a lot of weight, but I'd like to lose some fat and also tone up my arms, chin, and legs. I've been eating healthier and smaller portions, but I don't really have time to go to the gym or work out for an hour straight. Does anyone have any quick exercises that work, but I could do in 15 minutes? (like when I wake up in the morning and before I go to sleep at night)
