What would be good for a female to do? Any ideas? Im open to All opinions. Id like to tone up that area, and perhaps build some strength and muscle. Any ideas?
For your hamstrings there are various work outs to do especially if you want to target your legs as a whole. Squats, calve raisers, lunges, various stretching to loosen the tension in your muscles to allow a better blood flow, even calisthenics work out for legs. Also dead lifting is a nice little full body work out that starts from the feet and surge through out the body. If you want to stay tone/ tone up then i would suggest keeping the weight light and increase the amount of reps.

Most basic and also good exercise are squats.
Reverse or curtsy lunges, leg curl machine
