My goal is to not get lighter than 105. I'll call the doctor then. I have a hell of a time keeping weight on :/ My ideal goal would to be 110 lbs of muscle.
I normally don't put on weight...that's the problem. It takes me a very long time to gain weight the "wrong" way (eating junk and sitting around) but when I do gain it goes to my hips. But my hips are also the first place to lose it so...
It is even harder for me to gain it the right way though.

About 120 right now. Uh, I don't really have a wieght goal though my wieght number does shift now & then.
Though my issue is everything goes to the thighs. So i have a pretty flat stomach, strong leg muscles (mostly my calfs), then my meaty thighs come in -_-
I am around 182. Slowing going up to 200 but trying to keep the fat gain minimal. I am around 13% body fat so I'd rather take longer to build up muscle than make any fat gain even though I know it's inevitable.
I'm 6' and I'm shooting for 190-195. Not too much more to go. I'm never going to be a Sheldon Cooper type of guy so number like 175 ain't going to happen. Ha!

All of my weight goes to my but and thighs. No matter how much weight I put on it all ends there. It looks silly tiny waist and giant ass. I started losing weight to get rid of it, I'm not weighing 57 kg. hopefully I will be down on 53 kg in a month or so.
I'm 4'11.5" and I weigh 105. I have a lot of muscle weight, but I still want to build a little more. My goal would be 110 with a low fat index. If I gain weight without exercising, I THINK it goes to my thighs.

well I weight 37 or 38kg and apparantly I have to weight 6-8 pounds more so around 45kg
