**I Lost The Ten Pounds, Only Had Gained A Pound on my Christmas Trip. I have Five More Pounds to Lose After The New Year. Happy New Year, everyone!!! xxoo

My weight bounces around. I'm on jardiance and trulicuty, and those medications cause weight loss. If I don't eat for a while it forget to eat, I loss toouch weight. My pants fall off me!

I hate eating. It's such a burden having to keep up with meals. When I got diagnosed with diabetes last year, I thought I would get a break from eating and I was going to go on a diet, but nope! I couldn't have been more wrong.

You have to eat six times a day with diabetes, 3 meals, 3 snacks, and with the insulin I'm on, if I skip too many meals, my blood sugar crashes. I don't know why some people have a love for food. It's such a chore having to remember to eat. Though I bought these apple blossom desserts one day and they were delicious! Maybe people like food because of flavor, lol.

Since November, according to my doctor, I lost 12 lbs. She's also been getting on me, telling me I need to eat more. Doctors!

Ok with my weight…I am good with my diet. Hubby is a lot more into daily exercises, he wants me to do the same. But I’m too lazy. If I loose 5 pounds between now till summer…I’m good.

Yeah defos that's what a do now and then see because I've got a torn rotator cuff in my left shoulder it's hard to lift my weights back up with that arm but am getting surgery to fix it soon cause it makes clicky and Grundy noises and a still use it 30k weights but only now and then thank you Hun

Cheers doll you to it's the bordem aswel that causese to comfort eat sometimes to I have lost 2stone 5pounds but as a said am trying to continue with it but comfort eating takes over when am bored sometimes it's the weather to it's always pishing Doon wae rain in Glasgow

I lost 22 lbs by having a heart attack that I'm trying to put back on. Got about 8-10 of 'em. Would like to close out 2024 with at least 5 more, but I'm restricted on what I can eat and I have a lot of long races slotted for the first 6 months, so that may be tough.

Appreciate it. When you're limited to 2000mg sodium despite whatever you sweat out and 10g sat fat a day, Not like I can just go home after a race and eat half a kilo of salmon with a side order of steak. You can only eat so many cans of beans in a row... ya know ;)

I still have a bit more to lose to get to my goal weight, the holidays between Thanksgiving and New Years weren't the best, but I am making steady progress.
I didn't gain all of that weight overnight so I know it won't go away in a week.

Every year I let myself get fluffy starting from Thanksgiving until the New Year 😂I think I gained 10-15 lbs since Thanksgiving.

I went to Denny’s for New Year’s Eve at 2 o’clock in the morning. I had a nice breakfast this time it was good but don’t ever go there for Thanksgiving because they have bad food for that. They’re mostly better for breakfast everything was good except for the sausage.
