Why does the girl we hired feel the need to Snapchat or Tik tok with my husband?

My husband and I own a horse boarding business and hired a girl. She has been with us for about 3 years. I haven’t had any problems with her until recently. She sends my husband messages on tik tok and snap chats him 41 days in a row. But she won’t hardly look or talk to me and she use to blow my phone up. I don’t think my husband is cheating on me by no means but I just don’t understand why she thinks it’s okay to do this?
