I think most of those songs are perhaps more popular at weddings in areas where there are strong ethnic enclaves. In my area, none of those are very popular at weddings.

Well also 90% of my family is Polish, German and Italian so these are staples in my family

Not here in the South! You'd be more likely to hear "YMCA" at a wedding. (When I got married and hired a band, I told them that if they played YMCA, I would refuse to pay them! It worked: no YMCA!)
