What to get your sisters boyfriend for Christmas?

My sister has been dating her boyfriend for basically 2 years now. He is 23, she is 20, and I am 18. At this point she is very sure she is going to marry him in the next few years as they've already talked about it. So as I am under the impression he is going to be around for a long time I feel like I should get him something, even just something very small. However our longest conversation has been 5 minutes of exchanged sarcasm, so I have literally no idea where to even begin.
I asked my sister and she basically just said she doesn't even know what to get him so basically any ideas are better that the ones I have. Preferably something more thoughtful than a gift card, but nothing huge either that's going to be weird or trump whatever my sister gets. Basically I just want to say I know you exist and I like you for my sister but I also don't know you so we should start to kinda sorta be friends in a nonweird way... in conclusion, please help.

My sister has gotten my SO a cologne, a beard kit, and then concert tickets. boyfriend liked all.

I sent my sisters SO, who I haven't met, some socks and maple popcorn in my Christmas package I sent her from Canada :)

I would get him a card first of all. Also stalk his facebook to see what kind of stuff he's into... you might be able to get him a CD, a video game... something like that. I love getting socks and so does my boyfriend :p

Maybe like apple or cheaper earbuds for his phone? That’s a simple gift that is something people always loose and wouldn’t trump anything your sister gave him because of its simplicity
