Some of you might be familiar with my fondness of the Gripmasters. I bought my first Gripmaster in 2010 from the now defunct sports chalet(Gripmasters can still be bought from other places). I was very impressed with this product that I bought 9 gripmasters(6 spares). Here is my review on it.
1.) It’s compact
This little device can fit in most pockets as a result of it’s small frame and light weight. This is useful for for when you are waiting at a doctor’s office.
2.) It’s durable
Despite it’s small size, it is a tough little device that can remain usuable even after prolonged use. I haven’t had to replace mine yet even though I’ve been using it for 8 years.
3.) Versatile
There are various exercises that can be done with the Gripmaster. Each exercise is designed for specific professions.
4.) Various tensions
You may have noticed the multiple colors of the Gripmaster in the first picture. There are various tensions from beginner to expert. This is good so a person can gradually improve their hand fitness.
5.) Improves both dexterity and grip strength
Unlike the V shaped hand grippers that only focus on improving grip strength , the Gripmaster is designed to improve both Dexterity and grip strength.
Overall it’s a great product that is designed to help a person develop strong and dexterous hands for whatever profession a person may have. I rate the Prohands Gripmasters 10/10.
