Guys may drool over girls who are drop-dead gorgeous but we generally think of those girls as either unapproachable or extremely high maintenance and therefore not good candidates for a real relationship. Most guys only want a girl who is not going to make us wince when we wake up in the morning and see our prize without makeup. When we get to know you, we will think even more of you and be even more attracted to you. We know that you're still not going to win a beauty contest. . . but you won the contest for our heart.
Average looking ranges measurably from one guy to the next. I just looked up the name you dropped, and I don't find the least thing about her attractive. No, nothing.

I do, because I try to see the positive qualities every lady has, besides it's not like I'm Brad Pitt, so if they notice me, I will notice them, and if that girl is attracted to me and starts talking to me I will be happy to reciprocate. Quite honestly I will talk to her even if I'm not interested in that way initially, who knows I might end up being interested as I get to know her. I have had that happen more than a few times and I have no regrets about those relationships, and while not all of those relationships may have worked out, they didn't end badly either. It is my belief that even if a relationship doesn't work out quite the way that might have been desired, I try to have it end on good terms where we are both at the very least amicable.
Yes I notice average looking girls. Would I ever see her as the prettiest girl in the world? No. I am not blind and can tell when a woman is super hot. Would her looks improve in my eyes until I thought she was far more attractive than I did before? Yes.
When I first got with my ex she weighed as much as me and was a foot shorter than me so she was pretty big. I still loved just sitting in the living room and staring at her because I loved her and loved looking at her. She never seemed to understand it but that is how I felt. I was still aware that more beautiful women existed but it didn't make me love her any less. Unfortunately the way she treated me kept getting worse so things didn't stay that way.
Yes sometimes I do. The best thing an average girl can do or a girl that is not as good looking is have a great sense of humour and personality. Just be yourself and down to earth and guys will notice you. I notice every girl that has a great personality even if she is not the best looking I still notice her and think her personality is what makes her attractive.

I've said this a million times... each guy has his own taste in women. Some guys taste are the same, but still.
I would happily date an average-looking girl with an amazing personality. But, it wouldn't change the fact that she is average-looking.
This kind of question gets asked a lot. But, the premise of the question is wrong, because it implies that it is somehow easier to have a great personality than great looks. That is not true. I care about personality relative to looks more than any of my male friends does, and yet I am by far the pickiest overall out of all of us.
No such thing as an average girl , everyone is beautiful in their own way and we are lucky if we get the chance to date them.
A girl that looks average to one guy would be found above average with a different guy. So what that boils down to is there isn't really any such thing as a average looking girl.
