Bee's ingest nectar, compress it and regurgitate the content which is known as honey.
So we are technically eating bee puke right?

Yep. There's a lot of everyday food that sounds pretty disgusting when you think about where it actually comes from (perhaps most food), but it's not really going to put anyone off.

For example, there's a famous type of coffee which only uses beans that have passed through the digestive system (ie. been shat out of) a civet (a type of wild cat).
