Emotions and the capability in having the ability to express them in many forms is what makes a human, human. Sure things such as "regret", "doubt", "jealousy"... (list goes on...) are feelings that I wish I didn't possess, but it's those negative emotions that I use to help propel me forward or relate to others.

feelings and emotions are two things which makes us human or the whole world be like a scene from zombieland let me made this clear by this simple illustration imagine two people interacting with each other with no feelings:-

I'm not saying I love these feeling but they helps us to create an emotional bond with peoples... so I just need a on/off switch for my emotions because becoming a psychopath is not what I want...😇
