Elegant personality is mostly because of various factors like excellent communication ability , confidence and positive body language and neat and Very good dressing styleaccording to the situation for which one is going for. It also means , getting along well with most of the people and with maybe everybody with whom that person comes into contact. He is dynamic personality.
It’s a huge compliment. Being elegant is at the top of “being classy” it means you act, move and interact with sophistication.

For me it's about etiquette, posture, articulation and how a person moves. It's a way to present yourself.
