Girl 😍. I've always wanted a daughter to protect. It's like the ultimate gift of life for a man. A pure daughter, untouched. Innocent and loving.
I would kick her boyfriend's asses and enjoy the first 10 years of life. Would enjoy raising a child no doubt about it.
I think young men benefit from having older sisters to look out for them, especially when it comes to social development, attracting women and self-grooming and hygiene practices.
I think having younger sisters becomes problematic though. Feelings of jealousy could arise if the daughter loses her virginity sooner than the son (which is very likely imo). This could cause a whole host of problems in the teenage years.22 Reply- +1 y
Aside from the virgin suicides i think the other points you make are great

They're cute, caring, patient, clever etc. And in my country, guys get all the credit and privileges. So, having a girl child, I would like to give her everything that my society denying them. Make her strong and independent. And make an example of how a girl should be raised.

I don’t really mind but if I had to choose I would prefer a girl first. I would make her a little warrior, clever and all rounded. I would want her to have everything I never had and do everything I never did. I want her to be better than me in every way. If I have twins then it’ll be great I’ll get everything over with in one pregnancy and hopefully it’ll be a girl and a boy.
21 Reply- +1 y
Omg so beautiful 😍
honestly, it's so tough to choose. ideally, i'd love to have 3 babies, but at LEAST 2. As long as they're healthy, their sex does not matter. but I would prefer to have 1 of each. i'd like a mini me baby girl so she can be my little doll princess. i'd dress my boy and girl in designer clothes, i'd give my girl gold earrings, etc. yeah, i'd spoil my children to death (for the first 3 or 4 years), but i'd also teach them to be good human beings and not assholes. the older they get, the less i'd spoil them cause they got to learn their lesson. they can't be mean little assholes and expect mommy to give them cookies. nah nah.
12 Reply- +1 y
You sound like a good future mom. I also want a mini me
- 771 opinions shared on Other topic.
+1 yI just wanted the fingers to match the toes and all the parts to be working sufficiently well. I got that. We never found out the sex beforehand either. Men determine the sex of the baby. If a man WANTS a girl, he'll get one. Same the other way around. Ever see those families where there are 10 girls and 5 boys. That man wanted girls more. Then there are the even stephens. Girl first boy second and vice versa. Egalitarian dad. Then you see families where there's five boys, or five girls. Those guys were on a mission. It's daddy's agenda. Well balanced people usually like a well balance family.
02 Reply- +1 y
Oh and the stats are 7 boys born to 5 girls. You don't NEED as many boys and boys have more congenital illnesses than girls, so by early adulthood there's an equal number of each sex and that stays equal until the late 40s.
- +1 y
Wow never heard this logic before
1.9K opinions shared on Other topic. One of each if I was choosing but if it's one or the other i'd want a daughter without a doubt. They just seem nicer, little boys seem like a pain in the arse and i'm not that fussed about having someone to teach sport to or "guy stuff" just never interested me.
03 Reply- +1 y
Oh wow thats shocking. I definitely hope to raise little baseball (boys) and softball (girl) players. But yes i want a girl first too
- +1 y
It's weird to me in a way because I actually really like all sport myself, but I can't picture myself ever having the drive or will to be a male influence for a son. Might be because I generally don't get on with many guys in general, I know a son would be different of course but it's all I have to compare it to.
- +1 y
And see i always surrounded myself with guys and hardly got along with girls. But i had a great relationship with my mom for the first 15-18 years of my life. I hope it’ll last even longer with my daughter. And i think i’ll raise a great masculine man as well. He’ll love and respect his mom and probably even be a booksmart baseballer lol

+1 yjust for laughs im gonna say a girl seeing how you can't hurt them by kicking them between the legs which will be helpful when i teach h her to beat guys up. she will
be respected! when she meets a guy.
02 Reply- +1 y
Lies. It hurts us too. That pelvic bone if it gets hit it hurts like heck. The clit is sensitive too
- +1 y
a good reason too make sure she kicks some ass then
I would prefer a boy first. The only things I'd have to worry about with a boy are them hurting themselves and fighting. Girls are sneakier, smarter and way more manipulative. Also, the attitude from a daughter as my first child might get her a one way trip back to God. I need a boy first so I can have a little practice parenting and learning patience before dealing with a girl, especially as teenagers.
02 Reply- +1 y
Lmao if you raise your kid to not be that way then she prob won't be that way 🤣
- +1 y
Children are individuals. Girls aren't all one thing, neither are boys. You have no idea who your child will be. It has little to do with you. They are complete individuals. That's part of the surprise. They've got bits of you, but they are their own creation. You have to accept what they are and nurture them as they are. Not as you'd like them to be. That's how you find joy in being a parent.
Either or was fine by me although we did have a boy first. The first thought that i had when we found out was that everything that was in me and in her was wrapped up in that little one and would need all the help they could get to find their way in this world.

Anonymous(25-29)+1 yBoy, because he'll be more like Justin and will take after Justin more. I can watch them have father-son time or just enjoy the thought of them doing things together. Justin knows how to do a lot of fun guy things, so a son will be great for him to teach. He'll pass down Justin's name and family values.
But I do want a girl too, eventually <3 :)03 Reply
Opinion Owner+1 yI just realized that either was a choice. Oh well... I'm obviously fine with either one. I'm not going to be disappointed either way. Mom-daughter will be nice <3 If I had to pick, a boy is my preference though.
- +1 y
Lol well good luck to you and justin haha
Opinion Owner+1 yThank you!
There are reasons to have a boy first:
1. Even nowadays, there is some social pressure to have a son "to carry on the name". I never felt that, but my ex certainly felt relief over it.
2. A boy growing up with a kid sister gets a lot of self confidence. All her friends become besotted, etc.
Oh, I have a son and a daughter, in that order, so my comment is backed by personal experience. I myself had an older sister, which is why I'm so shy and retiring!01 Reply- +1 y

A boy because I don't want a daughter who would get caught up in this world and start doing porn or being a slut or becoming pregnant and left despite me trying my best to raise her to the best of my ability, I wouldn't want my son to either, but let's be real, it's way more less likely to happen to a male

Well my son would be black so i’d have to worry about cops shooting him for little to no reason. I still want a boy but will take my chances with a girl first.

The point i was making is that you see a son being the easy route for you. Im just stating what makes it difficult for me
- +1 y
I dont hate anyone or anything. I really dont even think a certain way since i dont even pay attention to cops nor black lives matter tbh. But it still makes me worry for the sake of my son deep down and so i’d rather have a daughter first

04 Reply- +1 y
Um no lmao. Why doesn't she want a girl
- +1 y
Because she is a woman and vividly recalls how she behaved as a child. She doesn’t want to deal with a daughter like her. Frankly she is completely open to having a daughter together, she just rather not have one. We even already picked out her name and most of the boys’ names... as wild as that is. Funny, I remind her, our children will be half me too... Probably why she is open to the idea. ;)
- +1 y
Thats her chance to

I wouldn't purposely have kids out of wedlock. I prefer to be married first. If im goin outta wedlock im thinking in vitro

With a daughter like that she wouldn't need brother (s) to be protective of her but they still better step up if she gets into any type of trouble
- +1 y
That child fightin like she need anger management. I mean she could be the next ufc fighter but i just dont find what she's doing adorable. I think its good for someone in their teens whos getting bullied or some adult who was in an abusive relationship but I don't know this kid is doing too much for a youngin
- +1 y
Nah she's just passionate. Not all fighters need anger management, in fact most fighters you'll ever meet are the most chill people. Anger stems from a bad childhood as long as parents do their job right anger will not be an issue then and in her adult life
- +1 y
Im saying fighting like that makes her look violent. I wouldn't wanna be around that
- +1 y
Well not saying she'll be an exact replica - I wouldn't be able to plant enough trees. and I'm sure mother would give her other passions to help balance her out. My main point is shed be able to defend herself.
- +1 y
Yea i just feel like some things theyre too young to do. Like kids here whos dads teach them to fight often end up in juvie and shit
- +1 y
Sounds to me maybe they had parents who didn't know what they were doing, being more of a friend than a parent perhaps.
- +1 y
by the way nothing wrong about being a friend to your child but it's more about what you let them get away with or even joining them in their bad behavior that eventually. Models them badly
- +1 y
Yea its just like the people who train their pitbulls to be fight dogs... so i feel like outside of maybe karate, i just wouldn't want them doing stuff like this until maybe age 13+
