There has to be life elsewhere in the universe even if it’s millions of light years away. I refuse to believe that we are the only lifeforms in the universe.
I really get turned on at the though of having sex with an alien lol but yeah I think we're getting to those answers fairly soon as well. Maybe 10 years soon but still. LOVE how government announced aliens exist and then NOONE actually cares anymore lmao
The government has announced, that they believe alien does exist elsewhere in the universe. They have not admitted or disclosed the possibility that sentient intelligent life has visited us in the past, or are visiting us now. The scientific community agrees with this disclosure.
All of the supposed UFOs are just government air crafts caught when they shouldn't have been. No aliens exist in our solar system, except as bacteria at most.
@michael1469 The argument is CO2. And you think we live in a house outside? Humans occupy not even 1% of the planet. Then you got 62 miles of airspace til you reach space. Of course you have several layers to go through. Hence how a meteor that comes down to earth and gets pretty much dissolved before it ever reaches us. Myth busters did an episode of an enclosed space that they kept pumping CO2 in. They got to about 72,000ppm before they made even a minuscule amount of change. Then they said. This proves Global Warming. They didn’t say 72,000ppm in the video. It showed on their screen of the air being 7.2% CO2. The air outside now is.04% 4% CO2 400ppm. Then there’s the part of where it solely benefits people on their taxes. Do you know about Carbon Credits? Are you able to entertain this from multiple perspectives to see what I’m talking about?
That's a decent rebuttal, but what you fail to realize is that Myth Busters has an hour to illustrate things. So, to show the effect of CO2 in the atmosphere, they need to expedite the situation so that you can see the effect inside their time allotment. However, Earth isn't limited to 60 minutes. The sun is continuously dumping energy into the environment and some that that energy always radiates back into space It's all part of the "heat balance" of Earth. However, greenhouse gases - gases with 3 or more molecules - are able to capture some of that energy that would have otherwise radiated into space. This slowly alters the heat balance leading to higher temperatures over time.
Try to think about it like this... Imagine Myth Busters is trying to prove that getting under a blanket keeps you warm. What they might do is have two thermometers - one 5 cm above your belly and that will be between your legs. They have you lie down on your back without a blanket and with your legs spread and then take temperature measurements after a few minutes. Then, they do the same thing after they put the blanket on. What they will notice is that the thermometer above you would not significantly change or may even go down slightly. But they will notice that the thermometer between your legs and under the blanket will definitely go up. This shows that blankets trap heat which causes temperatures to rise. Now, Myth Busters would use a real blanket to show this. However, now imagine that the blanket is a 0.1 mm thick layer of tissue. It's not going to insulate much. Add another 0.1 mm thick layer of tissue. Then, add another 0.1 mm thick layer of tissue. Keep going. Sooner or later, all those layered tissues are going to add up to a real blanket.
That's what's happening. Myth Busters added a "blanket of CO2" to show global warming a 60-minute TV show. Humans are adding the "tissue layers of CO2" continuously.
The thing is, we've only been broadcasting our existence for approximately a little more than 100 years. That means there's an artificial spherical bubble with a radius of a little more than 100 light years. A British think tank recently came up with a hypothesis, that suggests the milky way galaxy is probably home to approximately 36 sentient, intelligent, alien civilizations. If that is correct, then each civilization is separated by approximately 17.5 thousand light years. Which means that the only ones that knows we're here, is us.
We are just barely beginning to become aware of our immediate surroundings in our solar system. We haven't even begun to see a profit with our exploration of space. Our radio telescopes can only identify artificial signals, just a couple of light years distant. We have a long way to go.
30 years ago, planets orbiting other stars was just a theory. However, everyone assumed that this couldn't be the only solar system in the universe. Then in 1992 the first exoplanets were discovered orbiting a neutron star. Alien life is in the same situation. We just haven't discovered it yet.

We are not alone. There is definitely life on other planets and they are probably already here.

Yes. Bc I'd be very sad if we ate the only world with life and it makes me hopeful that there are some smarter than us
Yes, I think other civilization exists in universe but I think most UFOs aren't aliens spaceships or drones.
I don't believe in aliens. They're just not out there.
Yes and no
Yes I do believe there are other planets which have enough sustainability to have living beings on it.
No I do not believe aliens are actively visiting our planet
Of course. I have worked with aliens from a wide variety of places.
They like to work for the post office. M. i. B.
@pjf1958 Most work in restaurants, in landscaping and construction.
Probability, there are probably life, and I assume it's right. The universe is too big for us being alone.
By sheer probability there is extraterrestrial life. But I don't think they are near enough to contact us. The Universe is just waaay too big.
They are announcing it on TV aren't they?
I troll the fuck out of the people that used to say it was all bullshit.
(sucks to be wrong again man)

Im sure sully and moulder would vehemently protest
Yes. Because the universe is huge and it is possible that there are many planets with life.
All of the supposed UFOs are just government air crafts caught when they shouldn't have been. No aliens exist in our solar system, except as bacteria at most.
Yup. Considering the size of the universe alone, which is incredible, it's primitive thinking to suggest that we're it here on earth.
About as much as I believe in man made global warming.
If one person can change the temperature of his house by burning a fossil fuel why can't billions of people make a change outside?
Well, "man made global warming" is very real. The physics is very simple - and predicted in 1896 (not 1996... 1896).

It was a video online. Not for tv. Besides, they said this is proof of man made climate change
I have much more than that. That’s just what I felt like writing at the current time lol
no, they would have invaded earth by now. Same as global warming would have caused 100 degree temps every day by now. Both are fiction.

It would be extremely unlikely that the only place in our universe where life existed is on our tiny planet.
We are just barely beginning to become aware of our immediate surroundings in our solar system. We haven't even begun to see a profit with our exploration of space. Our radio telescopes can only identify artificial signals, just a couple of light years distant. We have a long way to go.

I’ve seen a man with no skin run into our glass door in the first apartment. Oh and yeah I do, but probably not here if my wee theory is right
Yes but i don't think they have ever reached us yet
Agreed
yes because i am one of them , but please dont tell anyone
