Who should pay the bills after all?

Hi guys and dear ladies!
When a man doesn't pay the whole bill or asks for cash back or even doesn't cover all of the expensives when live with girlfriend or wife, does this makes him less worthy?
Do you believe in the 50-50 thing? Do women deserve to have a man who is even keeping his wallet in his car even when he's home?

If you're talking about a dinner date bill, then it should be "pay only for what you ordered" or split the bill 50-50. It's stupid to still be paying for women's dinners in today's day and age. That stopped being a thing in the 90s. And unless a woman is super-conservative or super into the guy, she shouldn't be accepting free dinners either, or else she's a gold-digger.

If you're talking about utility bills, then it should once again, either be split 50-50, or whoever uses the most of something should pay. Like if one person works all the time and the other is home the most, playing video games, using the computer, or running the AC, then that person should pay for the electric bill, assuming they have a job.

If she is not helping with the bills what does she do instead off that as we no longer live in the time where most households run from 1 persons income

I don’t understand why it’s his responsibility alone to take care of all that when I’m a full grown adult...
He’s my partner not my parent or provider, so all of those things we take care of together. Just as much as we’d help each other take care of the house chores and everything else.
