Find outlets for your emotions. For some it's physical exercise, for others it might be therapy or meditation, yoga, taichi, self-reflection or mindfulness. Or painting or writing or sculpting etc

It's not the crying which should be concerning you, it's the getting SO angry that it manifests itself into crying.
If it were me? I would work on trying not to get so angry in future..
