Why is it emotions/feelings for women and ego/pride for men?

If a man acts like a total ******* and humiliates his girlfriend or a girl (hurts her), he's called out on the BS. They will say ''Dude that ain't funny. You don't ever play with a woman's emotions/feelings''.

If a cold-hearted woman humiliates her boyfriend or a man, she's called out on her BS too but the wording is different. They will say ''How would you like it if he did that to you? You b****. You hurt his ego/pride badly.

Both obviously received the same tongue lashings for their BS and complete lack of empathy and respect for the opposite gender but it's called emotions/feelings for women and ego/pride for men? Why is that? Both genders have all of that too.
