Who is the tallest person you ever met?

This guy that just started at my job is 6’9. dude is a giant lol.

I don’t wanna bother him with questions because I’m sure he’s sick of comments about his height.
But I have random things I’m curious about.

like what size is his bed? He must have to sleep with his feet hanging over the end. How does he shower?
How does his height affect his dating life? I know women like tall men but he’s almost TOO tall. He would probably have to pick a woman up in order to kiss or hug her lol.

The 3 tallest people I personally met, by height:

1. In '16, my husband & I met 7'1" Shaquille O'Neal outside WrestleMania 32 in Arlington, Texas.

Later that year, we were invited to a reopening of a Krispy Kreme franchise (he bought) in Atlanta, Georgia in which Shaq was serving & entertaining customers from behind the counter of his Krispy Kreme store.

2. Along with my dad & brothers, I met the entire Los Lakers, including 7'2" Kareem Abdul Jabbar, right after game 1 (which the Lakers lost) of the NBA finals series against the Detroit Pistons.

I met Kareem again during a book signing in '17.

3. I met 7'6" Yao Ming during a charity event in Shangai, China back in '18.

I saw a Chinese guy around 7 foot tall or more while going on a walk by the lake. He looked like he was 24 and his wife looked like she was 34. I am guessing the ages are similar but he looked younger due to tall height and low anxiety and fear.

I barely knew a guy who was a starting center in the NBA. He's 6' 11"

In college I had room mate in the dorm who was on a basketball scholarship. I don't know how tall he was, but a lot taller than me. We were both freshman, and both from out of state, so neither of us knew anyone else. We'd walk around campus together and he towered over me. He moved out because the coach wanted all the team to be in the same dorm. I don't even remember his name.

I am already tall (1,85 m) but in high school one of the other classes had a guy a full head taller than me, if I had to guess... 2,05 m. The standard height for doors here is two meters. I have no idea how that poor guy manages his everyday life.

Didn't exactly meet him, but I buried him. He was 7'3" tall. Standard caskets will accommodate someone 6'10" and or 350 pounds. Going oversize with caskets and vaults means the price goes up. Same with burial rights in cemetery plots.

I'm not sure the exact number but in highschool if he Bent his arm up from the elbow he could grab the rim of the basketball hoop with his fingers tips funny thing he dated the shortest girl in school a whole 4'7 he pretty much carried her around.

Cute dude though.

And I wouldn't really mind if the guy is that tall at least he can reach the top shelf

My classmate who crushed on me for 3 years since grade 6 to grade 9. He has been talk since forever. Currently he's like 6'4. I feel like a tiny kid if I stand beside him. We aren't in a relationship but we are on good terms.

I used to play basketball and had season tickets to a pro team in Germany. I've met a number of guys over 2.1 tall (tallest was around 2.2 m/7'4 tall).

A guy in an office where I was working while on travel assignment. I don't know how tall he was but I would estimate about 7'1. My co-worker I was out there with was 6'4 and the guy towered over him.

The Air Force measures sitting height, not standing height. There's plenty of legroom in the cockpit, but you can't raise the canopy's location. If your height is primarily in your legs, you can probably still be a pilot.
