How can I stick the round thing on the sink. Can I use something to prevent the round hole from leaking?
Buy a replacement hole cover and some Plumber's Putty. Pop the old cover out with a screwdriver. Apply the plumber's putty in a thick ring around the under-edge of the new cover, pop it into place, and wipe off the excess putty.
Fixed.

That "hole" is not supposed to leak. it is a plug used to cover the hole in the sink that will hold a hand sprayer. If water is coming out of it you have a problem. Check under the sink and see if there is water dripping someplace./
For starters like others have mentioned there should not be any leaking from this area. This is nothing more than a slot cover. Traditionally a handheld sprayer would go there or a soap dispenser. I noticed that the cover has a deep dent in the center. That dent could be causing a leak. Also unless someone is super sloppy using the sink not a lot of water should be going there. Try not to fill the sink up to high. I looked at your pictures from your first question about this issue.

I haven't a clue what that is.
Use caulk.
