From what I've seen - and it's on GAG as well, these "alpha" and "high value" men demeaning others - Alpha man and high value man are terms designed by douchebags for douchebags.
They are like the typical school yard bullies with often nasty personalities demeaning others and pounding on their chests saying we are superior... when reality is, they're inferior.
If they WERE superior after all they'd not have to demean other people.
Rather the "alpha" man and "high value" man are like those attitude problem bosses who go around demanding respect, not earning it, that NOBODY except the ass kissers like.
And NO
Celebrities are NOT a good example of "alpha" or "high value" man because they too are inferior. If that wasn't the case they'd be able to keep a relationship.
A man's REAL worth is judged by his family not by how much sluts, whores, tramps, etc. he's with ONLY due to money... and who'd not give him the time of day if he did not.

I have half-jokingly suggested for many years that such titles are self-bestowed to compensate for Vienna Sausage in the pants.
Hehe it probably is. I & friends personally call is SDS (small dick symdrome). It's the same problem for those guys with big oversized trucks bullying other drivers & sports cars they can't control.
Quite ironic but that is another thought that I have repeated many times. Boys want big trucks jacked up to compensate for their deficiencies in the pants.
I agree that the terms "alpha male" and "high value male" are often used by men with insecurities and inferiority complexes who are trying to compensate for their own feelings of inadequacy.
While these terms may imply that there is one set of characteristics that make a man "alpha" or "high value," I reject that notion and believe that true value comes from a combination of confidence, respect, integrity, and empathy.
I also believe that a man's worth should not be measured by material success or the number of sexual partners he has had.
