I disagree. This has been floating around online for a few years now: "We know it's not all men... but we don't know which men." Because yes, there are men who follow and try to intimidate women, and it always starts with a look. So when women don't know which men, of course they are going to take care when they go out and not know whether or not they are going to be totally safe (when they are alone).

Also, I am a feminist, and I will be straight up that I do not think this is fair for the rest of the men who never even think to cause harm against anyone -- because this isn't what feminism is about. It's more detailed and not the man-hating attitude that you think it is, at least not from me.
