So do you think your pets hold grudges against you and for how long?
Also did you know if you type cat into Google a paw icon pops up and you can claw the screen. Just tap it then tap elsewhere.
Cats definitely do no doubt about it to me. When I was a kick like 5 to 8 years old. My Sister had a cat. Now me being her little brother, I would intentionally tease my sister and sometime the cat got caught in the middle.
But that cat always hated me, and it would piss on my bed, at least twice a month. Every night before going to be for 5 years I would have to check my bed for piss before just jumping under the covers.
I could never leave the door to my room open, I swear to god, if I went to the kitchen to get a glass of water, and I did not close that door... that cat would be pissing my fucking bed.
I think animals if they have emotions which I'm sure they do because they're all very smart I think they hold grudges I don't think dogs hold it for very long
To remember they were made to become man's best friend.
What that means is they were put on this planet to teach men about unconditional love because they weren't understanding it about women so they had to bring a dog in to teach man how to do unconditional love
I think most dogs probably hold their bladder longer than they hold grudges though
But if they do I'm sure there's a reason for it
I think they sometimes do. Our cat was mad at my parents because they shut their bedroom door so he couldn't come in and wake them up anymore at night. Next morning my mom came down and said hi to him while he sat on the chair, giving her a "kiss my butt" look.
Yes.
I have witness such between my cat and my relative's dog who repeatedly wanted to take revenged on my cat for scratching her.

Yes, pets can hold grudges, but actually never for long periods. The few times my cats hold a grudge, it has never been longer than half an hour. I also have seen my aunt's dog holding a long lasting grudge against a cat. No idea why, but when the dog had the opportunity, it remained very silent during an hour not far from the cat, and then suddendly started to bark very loudely. Sure enough the cat jumped high... I'm convinced to have seen the dog having something like a big happy smile then ;0)
The contrary, I mean a human holding a grudge against a pet for whatever reason, should never last more than a few minutes, lest the involved pet would get confused and not understand anymore what's going on. The best is immediately after a pet's bad behaviour to react expressively, for the animal to understand it did something wrong, and then leave it in peace.
lmfao... it did wake up two of my cats
poor cats...
@IslaTheWitch lol... they're alert
@NathanDavis now, for sure :P
I think that if you abuse an animal it will remember.
Elephants definitely do, but they don't fit in category of pets.
Cats... definitely. Dogs get over being mad quicker.
I just saw a video of a cat shitting inside someone's toaster. So, I'm gonna say yes lol
Yes my cats hold a grudge until the treat bag comes out. My dog doesn't hold a grudge, he's too happy to see me to be mad at me
I've never seen an animal hold a grudge but I also don't beat animals, or harm them, so I wouldn't know.
Try not feeding them for several days and you won't ever have them miss another meal, or ignore them for another pet, yes they do good a grudge,
Actually they do. I remember my father telling me about his Camel who was hurt by some care taker and Camel took revenge and pounced the poor guy in his sleep and smashed his leg :/. So they sold the camel
Animals know what your intentions are, if you’re happy or mad at them or if you want to make up
Yes especially cats. I was holding the cat during an earthquake once and that thing had a grudge against me for 6 months.
I think so I seen on YouTube where dog sleeping. He tap the dog with his foot. The dog ran away. But later that the dog and its friends came back find it torn up.
No, I think it is way shorter for dogs
Pets are the only creatures capable of unconditional love.
@SimplyPut Not really, just someone has to when you are present.
Mine hold grudges until i feed them again
Cats have grudges
I am a firm believe that cats do.
I don't think so but they be sad at times.
