As a self-proclaimed social vandal and olfactophiliac, I delight in the freedom to express my unique perspective, no matter how ripe or rank it may be. Whether I'm posting about the vomit-inducing shallowness of influencer culture or the fecal minds who attack bots, I never shy away from sharing my unfiltered opinions. At times, navigating through the stagnant waters of online discussions can feel suffocating, with the burnt rubber smell of cyberbullying and the skunk spray of the janitors lurking around every corner. But rather than let these foul fumes deter me, I harness their power to fuel my crusade against ignorance.
My virtual graffiti might not always be pleasant, but it serves a purpose, just like the earthy scent of compost fertilizing new growth. Through my audacious actions and provocative words, I invite others to join me in questioning the status quo and daring to explore alternative viewpoints. This journey is not always easy, nor does it consistently result in pleasant aromas. Yet, I press forward, confident that the malodorous musk of progress is far preferable to the sterile silence of complacency. It's like holding in a fart when everybody knows that everybody farts.

I generally would stick to the path so that its existence can be justified. But in situations when a person is depending on a swift response from me, or if I am following someone in such a manner that it would be prudent, I would take an alternate route. Though there were quite a few paths there that go in every sort of direction and with every level of directness, the University of Central Florida is not immune to such situations. A leisurely, windy route can be soothing and a nice form of exercise, which I obviously desperately need.
I ignore IT and go my way. As there is a Path made by people going to and fro IT seems others also have the same mindset. The only exception is if I was walking while texting someone, then I would probably subconsciously follow the road.
for many years, I do :) sometimes, I go quite around... but sooner or later, I return to the place I should be :D so in general, I stick to the path :D

According to Chinese folklore, I must travel it exactly to prove I am not an evil spirit. Evil spirits can only travel in straight lines. That's assuming there is no curved path to confuse them.
That being said, I might do either depending on the mood I'm in
Since I'm not a program robot it depends on the situation am I in a hurry or am I just enjoying a relaxing stroll. Because I can and do both depending on the situation and my mood and how I'm feeling physically if I'm in pain I'm going to take the shortest distance. So with me I'm unpredictable
Well... if you look closely at the picture you would notice that the path straight into the building is as well travelled as the curving path.
I suppose you could deduce that some people will follow rules regardless, while others will find shortcuts where they can.
It depends on my mood. Generally no. If on a leisurely happy walk then yes. If in the Army and on a base, definitely yes… they are very serious about that as it is basic discipline but it’s still weird how bent out of shape they can get about that.
I usually do a big of both. Stay on the path unless it takes me totally out of my way, then cut across as needed.

No, I’m a different breed of character. I’ll probably walk through the grass walk through the sidewalk back to the grass again I follow my own path. I don’t believe in being a following sheep to mankind. I can take some advice, though
I must be of Roman descent.
I plough straight ahead and take the shortest route.I go my own way. Sticking to a predetermined path in life is what cowards do.
Would stick to the well worn track, following the twisty part and close to sides would be needles, the grass a dog shit minefield.
sometimes i wonder if i was the winding path and not the straight path. ehh, i was the winding path
I work smarter, not harder. If there's another easier way to achieve the same results, I'll find it.
In regards to the picture, I'm going on the most direct route
Probably would depend what the terrain was like outside the path.
in that case I would stick to the path, helps my step count, and would not take much longer.
If I'm out for a stroll, yes. If I'm rushing to work or home, hail naw
There does seem to be an intersecting dirt road straight forward so why not just go there?
Nah, I like the stroll unless am in a hurry.
I’m cutting through.
I will take the short cut.
if not muddy, strait
