818 opinions shared on Other topic. @Simslover92 today, first in a long time. Stopped to help a young homeless woman on the street. Her cart with all her belongings, were all over the sidewalk and parking lot where the handles broke off. No one would stop and help here, she was shouting and throwing things, in frustration. I waited until she calmed down and then she laid down on the parking lot, and I parked my car near her with emergency flashers on.
I told her I would help her and found myself in tears talking to her. Youngish, pretty woman (Russian) who spoke some English. I went home and got my diving gear 4-wheel cart and helped her pick up her things and load them on the cart and held them on with bunji cords. Another man came over with more bunji cords to help tie her things down.
I drove slowly with her pulling the new cart, to a favorite Cafe and bought her some food and drink. Terrible, heartbreaking thing to see, a woman living on the street. I would have taken her in and tried to help her but I am not qualified to do that.
She needed a homeless shelter for women.
Breaks my heart.

We all have our ups and downs but sometimes the simplest things in life can make us happy, never surrender and always be aware that your life is precious and that there's always someone who cares about you, even if you can't see it or feel it but they are out there ready to draw a smile on miss sims face ☺️22 Reply- 1 mo

1 moI hope things are better today. Crying is a good thing, it's a release and helps you emotionally and physically! I get misty eyed almost daily lol Usually from something touching that I watched or heard about. The last good cry I had, was a week ago. Life gets tough sometimes and there is no shame in crying, it does make you feel better.

And I'm a wide open book of emotions. I cry all the time but never for long. Like, I can cry over a dead frog in the road and then laugh at the antics of a squirrel a minute later. 🤣

u 1 moYou seem to be vacillating between highs and lows lately. Is this a long standing pattern for you?

I guess I'm bipolar 🤷♀️
- 1 mo
Mood swings do not always mean bipolar. I haven't observed anything else about you that suggests bipolar disorder. How long have you had the mood swings?
- 1 mo
My mood changes a lot. I haven't been diagnosed with it but I wouldn't say I don't have a touch of it. I have clinical depression so that may be why it seems that way.
- 1 mo
With bipolar, the mood wings are not between severe depression and normal happiness. It is between severe depression and over-the-top frenetic energy, can't-be-stopped activity.

1 moProbably it’s when I see someone in pain… Today I saw an elderly man in the middle of a car accident and my heart sunk… I got my eyes teary, but didn’t cry. I was happy there were people and the police helping him…
The last time I cried? I don’t remember the exact occasion… Which is a huge progress from my 26 year old self who cried every single day after break up to the point that one day my eyes just dried up and I think I just cried salt.
Thanks God, that part of me is gone and hopefully, forever.

1 moAre you living in a war zone? Did your house just get wiped off the map by a tornado? Do you have lung cancer? Are you a quadriplegic? Did a judge just sentence you to life in prison? Did you fuck Donald tRump last night?
Relax, your life is a long way from suck. Your problem is that drama is a hobby for you. If you don't like your current state of affairs, change it!
And psssst... things don't change instantly because you sit there whining about your life. It takes effort. And time.

I would say that I cry at least once a month. Some days I'm just too negative and I can't stop thinking about all of my problems and flaws. My life is a bit messy at this point, so I get you.

1 moSorry you're going through it right now, but try to stay positive. Remember positive thoughts yields positive results, and negative thoughts produce negative outcomes. @Simslover92 You are one of the most genuine and kind souls on here! You are much stronger than you know, and will get through this. PS , the voters who claim that they never cry are lying to themselves. Everyone cries, just like everyone laughs. No human being doesn't. Also , if you ever need someone to talk to about anything, I'm here for you

Not that often, but I don’t see it as something to avoid either.
I cry when something actually hits me , not just out of habit, but when it feels real enough to need that release.
To me, it’s less about frequency and more about being honest with what I feel.20 Reply875 opinions shared on Other topic. I rarely ever cry but I do get sad and depressed at times , especially with all the shit I been though these past few years , but somehow someway I manage to pick myself back up and not allow it to keep me down for long , even though it seems like shit is coming from every direction I turn. So I do what I can to overcome that negativity in my life best way that I can. I pray every day for happiness and try to surround myself with positivity bad much as possible

1 moI cried once because I thought my kid was getting picked on... turned out he was just sick. Fuck that shit... It made my eyes and head hurt for months. It's not worth it. It's no longer my place to be emotionally invested in anything... not things done to me even. I just rationally figure out how to hide their body after I have sex with their dead body.
