Do you still speak with your native regional accent and dialect?

Do you still speak with your native accent and dialect? For example, do you still sound like you're from New York, Boston, the Great Lakes, or the Deep South if you now live in California or Nebraska? Can people accurately guess where you're from?

My family is originally from Chicago. Many of my relatives sound close to the Superfans from classic SNL (Daaa Behrss!)...

My parents don't have it as much anymore. As for me, I've caught myself a lot with that hard, nasaly "R" with words like "heart" or "cart". I've noticed my "A" seems to have a slight "eh" twang to it. Apparently, my inner Chicago comes out if I'm either really angry or excited.
