Sometimes when I see a woman who's interested in a man, and they are talking, usually at a bar or club, the woman leaves her mouth pretty wide open during the conversation.

Has anyone else ever noticed this? And what does it mean?

Never seen this. I don't do this, my friends don't do it, and I've never seen a girl with her mouth wide open trying to flirt in any movie or TV show. Lips slightly parted, maybe, but not gaping open

Maybe she's gasping for air because you smell. Or she's hallucinating a big carrot on your face. Or she has breathing problems. Or she's just really confused and appalled by everything you say.

Nah, it can mean anything. It can me she has a sinus infection and can't breath through her nose, it can just be a sign of "wow, he's really *insert positive adjective*, or she's yawning.

Open mouths can be a sign of being impressed, surprised, boredom, many things.

She's trying to send you a message that she likes swallowing, thus giving you a good look at how wide she can make her mouth for you when the time comes. ;)

Not necessarily. If she's directing her mouth towards the guy and making eye contact with him then he's the one she's aiming for.
