Why do guys stare at girls with their mouth open?

like this guy sometimes stares at me directly in the eye with a opened mouth,but other times he glances at me more often.

Once I looked behind me in the classroom, and he sat staring with open mouth. Then we had eye contact and I turned away.

I thought people do that in cartoons and movies, Not real life but you learn something new everyday I suppose.

He obviously likes you and never had any form of head's up when dealing with women, Women don't like being stared at like a piece of meat.

They find you physically attractive* Hmmm. If he stares at your body most of the time then it's just physical attraction. But most of the time ,when you glance at him to find him staring at your face then he probably likes you. Try to talk to him. ,when you try to talk to him ,does he becomes speechless? Does he looks a bit nervous? If yes then the answer is,he have a crush on you! (ps telling you from experience lol )
