What does a girl mean when she says "you always know the right thing to say?"

So I've heard this from many girls. And I don't get it. I am supportive and I usually try to say things in a good tone, even when I'm telling them they are wrong. The thing is sometimes I don't think I said anything, I'm not sure if they really mean I said the right thing or is it kind of a clue or hint about something else?

IT means that you're socially intelligent. You know how to communicate in the exact manner that expresses your beliefs with the right amount of empathy in your message to your friends.

You speak in a manner that they can understand, without causing emotional or offensive triggers to shut the conversation down.

You are very empathetic and thoughtful. Most people aren't like that, and its hard to find someone who isn't condescending, or could be taken as offensive when trying to communicate.

I don't think its so much of what you say but more that you are a good listener . when you really listen to people and try to understand there situataion then its easy to give good advice . that's why you always say the right thing . because you listen and try to understand people . that's a really good trait to have .
