If a guy drove a Toyota Prius Hybrid, what would you think?

Do you think he probably doesn't have money because he drives a tiny car?

He's hip and drives a hybrid.

Who knows, he could be wealthy & be eco-friendly. (Steve Jobs drove a Prius).

I'm thinking of getting rid of my BMW to get a Prius.

My first thought would be that it belongs to his wife / girlfriend, and he's just borrowing it. Either that or he's a hipster trying to impress girls.

Personally, I'd never buy one just because you pay such a high premium for the (dubious at best) green credentials. They are actually very nice cars for day-to-day use though - comfortable, spacious, quiet, practical - but they're simply too expensive compared to non-hybrid equivalents (even with the government rebates). Then again, nothing says "douche" like a BMW (esp. if it's a 3 series)...

At first all I would think is "He has a car."

But if you told me it was a hybrid, I would give you plus points for being environmentally friendly.

And you really shouldn't think of a car as a status symbol, it's just a means of transport. Anyone who thinks differently is quite shallow in my opinion.

I'm going to be honest. I wouldn't care if my boyfriend had a moped. He's still just as funny, sexy , and smart as he would be driving a Mercedes. You might not pick up hot girls in a Prius, but you'll pick up the right girls. Good Luck!

He also saves money and time but not going to the gas station that much because sometimes while you're on a date and you got to go pump gas she can have a moment of doubt and is over the more time you spend in the car instead of stopped the better and that's where a hybrid comes in handy I can drive all the way in Key West on $20 of gas with the AC on by the way

I have a friend who drives one. Type R personality, tattooed, and an overall good looking guy. His reason? He has a family to support.

I'm personally not a fan of Prius', put me in a V6 or 650CC and I'll be happy.

And I'm not a fan of gas station overpriced crappy service attract all kinds of trouble at the locations maybe there's something to the Tesla that you could charge it at home and not have to deal with the scum and the idiots at the gas station
