How do you pronounce the personal smart phone messenger "KIK"

Do you pronounce it as "keek," "kike," or "kick"

I thought it was pronounced as "kick," but I've heard other people pronounce it the other 2 ways as well. So how do you pronounce it. Not looking for the correct pronounciation

Actually, it's pronounced kike in some areas of the deep south, but old habits are hard to break

I do live in the deep south and I think that a lot of people, don't realize what they are saying when they say "Kike" when referring to the messenger.

"Kike" is a derogatory term for Jews. I found it amusing that people would ask if I had KIK messenger.

By the way, I've never heard anyone use kike in the south. I've heard that from New Yorkers. You know, they have the kikes, the wops, the micks, etc. Everyone has their little name up there.

The only time I heard that term when it was referred to the messenger. I'm new to it, so I thought I was pronouncing it wrong. However I would still kick because that's how I originally tried to pronounce. I didn't think about how maybe some people may just pronounce it different until I heard someone say "keek." :/

I was thinking the reason why you might hear it more, up north because there are a lot of Jewish people there versus the south. However, I didn't want to assume because I haven't been everywhere in the south. I still could be wrong
