What does it mean when he "forgets" his toothbrush at my place?

We´ve only hung out like three times and it´s always been here at my place and it has always ended up with sex. At first I though it was just going to be a one night stand (we were at a party together and there was alcohol involved) the second time he came over for a movie and the third we just chatted for an hour and a half or so. Each time he always slept over. Last time he was here he left his toothbrush.

At first I thought it was accidental, but then I wrote to him on fb telling him and he didn´t reply back which makes me think it was not accidental at all? Of course it means he expect to be invited over again, but does it also mean he expects I´m not seeing anyone else? Cause that would be a problem...since I am...

He might be leaving something there to make sure anyone else would get the hint you have had other male company. He could also expect this become a regular deal and by leaving it there, he's assured his own toothbrush for the next morning.

Let him know you'll be glad to get it back to him and if he still doesn't respond, throw it out.
