Tinder Really Can be a Place for Relationships!

I know most people think that Tinder is not for a relationship. It is just a place to find hookups or casual dates. I was one of them. I believed that.

However, just one guy changed it.

I went to dates a lot through Tinder including just one date to months date. I think I dated with ten guys from Tinder before I saw the guy who changed my perspective for Tinder. Those ten guys were very different. I really liked one guy, but it did not work cuz he did not want a girlfriend. And other guys... treated me well, but I did not like them. I completely gave up to look for a relationship on Tinder.

Then, I met the guy who is my boyfriend now (of course on Tinder). First month of dating, I did not trust him. I did not care about him even he treated me well and cared about me a lot because I thought guys from Tinder were not for a relationship, but he is handsome, kind and fun, so I kept dating with him. He did not ask for having a sex. He just tried to know me as a person. Other guys... wanted sex or physical connections too soon!!

One day, I told him that "I want a serious and steady relationship, but I don't trust guys. Guys always want my body or my company because they like my appearance, not my personality." Then, he told me "Even we won't end up with a relationship, I would like you to know that you have a great personality and I like you not just for your appearance or body." From this point, we started to connect well and deeply. We are totally different in terms of personality and culture, so sometimes we have fights.

After two months of dating, we became BF/GF.

People, especially girls, Tinder has a possibility to find a relationship. You just have not met a right person because there are a lot of people who want just hookups or casual dates. However, there are guys or girls who fit you and want a serious relationship. Do not give up! You just have not met a right person for you!!!

Those who say Tinder is just for hookups, no it is not.

It can happen if you have patience and not let the idiots on these apps take over on how you feel. My clients block everyone and I mean everyone who they feel is not even close a match. Why? So they won't see them 6 months down the road and have the cycle repeat all over again. The more you block the more of a chance you will find someone in the filthy pond of online dating.

I have over 1.2k matches on tinder now and had even more on my old account. My tinder experience has been great, but has been nothing more than hookups. My approach is really aggressive and upfront. I would pull within the first couple of messages. I think that it's possible to find a relationship off of tinder, but it's unlikely considering that most girls just want to get fucked on there.

Think about the platform itself. You're literally swiping left or right based on one factor, whether they're hot or not. Tinder bios are short and sweet. It's usually one sentence. It's a very shallow platform in general in comparison to other dating apps/websites in which you actually fill out questionnaires to match your personality, values, and interest with someone.

If you're looking for a relationship, then don't go on Tinder. If you're looking for attractive guys to fuck your feelings away after a breakup with no strings attached, then tinder is your place.

Tinder is for women to validate themselves and for men try get laid because thinking about a reply with emotional creatures is easier than in person. It has created quite tensions in relationships because I found my girlfriend on there advertising before breaking up with me. She was shopping as many other girls before destroying their partner's feelings, secretly. Not often do men in a relationship juggle few other women. Its all for the Vagina to feel more powerful. Tinder has the propensity to match you up with the love of your life, but it leaves most of the hard work of sifting through endless potentials to get the one. Other dating sites, like eHarmony, take the time to learn who you are and who they are and figure out who would make a better pair.

Until there is a fundamental change in Tinder, namely the "swipe right" feature, it will remain a cheap way to find cheap hookups. Not that it can't be the place where you meet the one, but that's not what it's for.

I don't know why it gets such a bad rap. Nor have I ever found it to be a "hookup" app. I have dated a few women off of it and I like it.
