Is 3 months too soon to spend the holidays together?

I've been seeing a man for 3 months and things have been going... okay. I don't have the title of his girlfriend yet but he's made it verbally clear that he likes me.

He told me that his doesn't have plans for Thanksgiving and his family does not live in the city.

Should I ask him if he wants to spend Thanksgiving with my family and me or is it too soon in the relationship?

In the situation he is in, I see nothing wrong with your guy friend spending the Holiday's with you and your family. I bet he would be elated if you ask him :)

3 months is long enough to know someone well enough for that. Go for it !

If you aren't his girlfriend then I wouldn't introduce him to your family. If you were his girlfriend then I would say three months is fine.
