Both of you were drunk so no rape charges should happen
if she was drunk, there was no real consent. Sorry, you raped her.
He was drunk too, does that mean that she raped him too. Oh wait, that's not valid cause he's a guy. equality at its finest.
I'm sorry but, she's an adult she's able to make her own decisions. If she can't handle being drunk don't get drunk.

That's so wrong for all the girls who were really raped. From this story she was NOT raped! Maybe she feels bad about what she did but, she was not raped and we as women should be capable of making simple decisions.

Yes she was.. that's how it escalated. We made out at the club... I asked if she wanted to come back to mine... we continued kissing... she grabbed for my crutch and boom!
Then tell her friend that you want to talk to this lying cow, and tell her if not your phoning the police immediately to give your side.
The great thing is cctv from the club will show her kissing you and having fun, and it will also show you and her leaving happily and wilfully together.
So you want to escalate it as soon as you possibly can as you want to make sure they get all the cctv from the club and street cameras. Try not to panic your telling the truth and you also have evidence to back it up ;)
Eh excuse me. Just because she was kissing him or even doing other sexual things does not mean she constented to sex.
@LoveTVDx But if she started kissing him and grabbed his crotch, he could just as easily say that she sexually assaulted him. It's hard to quantify what consent means. If they're both drunk, they're on equal terms, so unless men are provably better able to make judgments when drunk than women, he no more gave consent than she did. Why say "She wasn't giving consent by kissing him" when it is just as possible to say "He didn't give consent by allowing her to grab his crotch?" It may be very unfortunate if she suffered some psychological trauma (although it sounds like she was completely inebriated), but it would be hard to justify sending somebody to prison for something like this.
@Kinstrome she could be accused of that, I agree but grabbing someones crotch isn't quite the same as rape, is it? I'm not saying this guy did rape her, I don't know the situation, noone here does... but kissing certainly does not give someone the go ahead for sex.
@LovesTVDx By itself, no. If he had enticed her into drinking alcohol, with the intention of having sex with her when she could not give consent, he would be raping her. However, if he is telling the truth from the details I have read so far, he did not any more rape her than she raped him.
Certainly, I realize that women have been disadvantaged in this realm for a long time. The legal system wasn't kind to women earlier in the twentieth century, and even less so prior to that. I don't intend to have anyone have injustice done to them.

He has no reason at all to lie to us and what he said was they were kissing and he invited her back to his house, what do you think that means to anyone? If the police asked her if this was true and she said it was then there would be no charge made against him because he didn't rape her. they were already intimate before leaving the club on camera and she consented to perusing the intimacy in private at his house alone. So yeah you can say rape which is the most awful thing in the world to happen to a person but how can it be rape when she wilfully went back to his house, she obviously new the intimacy was going to continue don't you think?
And no kissing doesn't give the go ahead for sex It was my first question i wanted to know it was consentual, and to kiss him and when he asks if she wants to go back to his house her response his to grab his crotch and go back to his house, that's a pretty obvious response don't you think?
