My ex and i went through a lot together, her cheating on me, me flirting (but i never cheated and the flirting was rare and only done online never in person nor did i do anything sexual with any other girls) we have had trust issues & she used me a lot in the past and broke my heart, was kinda controlling & Hypocritical of things & made excuses. But aside the bad stuff me & her really had a connection & we always kept going back to each other, like we could rely on each other for anything but i felt like we just were together at the wrong place at the wrong time. i really wanna try just stopping that bad blood between us, like even if we didn't stay friends after i just want peace between us & some form of closure to happen for us to be happy & not be awkward when we see each other. I've kinda lost my touch with romance being single for a long time & I just wanted to know if you guys had ideas i could do that wouldn't seem too romancy but something that is super sweet & seems appreciative, nothing that will turn out making me look like a creepy ex that can't get over the past. I don't think i'll ever date her again because i don't trust her but somehow i am still in love with her.
