His employee is older than me. I am 20 , he is 28. I sneak him inside my window every night, and we escape for secret dates when he's off town or not home. I am in love with him. Its been a year, he took my virginity when I was 19. I give my all to this man. He wants a family with me. I want to live with him later on, marry him if its out destiny. I see him everyday. My dad noticed a few looks between us the other day and he's suspecting. My father is a jealous freak and over protective. I am a grown woman , and now I belong physically and mentally to my lover. I dont know how to tell him for once. My boyfriend tries talking to him but they always stress about work and focus only on work together. I feel that I need to speak about my feelings first. My man is loving, caring, and so adorable in every sense. I just dont want my father being a dick about it when we speak up. I love him, I need him, and I truly care about our relationship.

Well you are both adults so he can't tell you what to do, but if you live with your father I'd suggest either keeping it a secret or breaking it to him very carefully because he can always kick you out. Does your father like this man? If he does then he shouldn't have much of a problem tell him.

I think you two should both talk to him... you are of age and he isn't that much other than you are... if anything you dad should be happy he has a career and must be eduated so i don't know why he'd be upset. You're going to have to grow up and date he didn't expect you to stay single and live with them forever so try talking to both your parents
