This time last year I met a guy through my friend and we ended up having a friends with benefits type of thing. We'd make plans and then he'd cancel them and he told be off the bat that he's never had a relationship and is afraid of commitment.

Anyways last month we saw eachother for the first time in like 8 months (we'd still been texting) and just recently he invited me to his new place. We ended up watching some movies, cuddling and talking and we went to sleep. He never made a move to have sex in fact, it was only in the morning where out of the blue he pulled me in for a giant hug and then we started making out (not fast heavy making out, but him cupping my face and kissing me slowly).

what does this mean? i'm confused

maybe fuckboy was the wrong term (though he has a slutty past, many years ago) but just friends with benefits i guess

I wouldn't read too much into it. He could want a relationship but I think it's best you ask him just so you know where you stand.
