It's natural to feel offended, but don't dwell on that. Instead of remaining upset, think about whether or not there's some truth to what they say, and take it as an opportunity to watch out for those tricks and not trust too easily. Honestly, most of us could benefit from being more cautious about what we believe, and getting the facts and evidence on something instead of just blindly trusting/believing. It's an area almost everyone can use work on.
In the end, finding a way to improve is a better use of time than staying offended. Who knows, you could get better than either of them at evading people's tricks if you put your mind to it. Then perhaps they'll be the gullible ones. ;)

Based on what you wrote and your response to Tommy it seems to be true. However, this shows the little respect they have for you. You don't seem to respect yourself either. Dating someone while also having a FWB? WTF? Also your friends with benefits is using you.
why are you dating a guy and have a guy with benefits? and because you're probably gullible. it's not an insult if it's true.

well , if I were you I wouldn't get upset, but would wise up and would not let them lie to me or trick me, and would be very suspicious of everything they say. Until they stop thinking of you that way
They're playing you. Sad. :(
