Obviously! They essentially have stolen money from the poor bastards. In a fair justice system she would need to pay back all of child support payments while on some form of probation or even jail time.

It should be treated like any other fraud which garners a similar monetary gain. That would make it a pretty serious fraud.

There is such a thing as a paternity test. If you don't think the child's yours it's up to you to do due diligence.
