Boyfriend blocks my number any time we have an argument?

Is this normal? We've been on again, off again for two years and he started doing this within the last month and he said he's not going to stop because he wants to talk to me when he feels like it but I can't talk to him. He just did it again and now I'm left wondering if we're still together or how we should work it out. I'm annoyed because I'm used to being able to talk things out with people, but with him, he just hangs up on me and then blocks my number. This is the third time he's done it.



My guy friends told me he'll probably call me again but my girl friends told me I should act like I'm single and start looking for someone else because he's acting like a baby. We're both 27, he's turning 28 in a week.

I had an ex girlfriend that did this, even though she'd start the problems and then threaten blocking my number.. lol!! Anyhow, if he's the only one who chooses when you two can talk I'd leave the situation alone and move on. Those on again off again things don't really work out anyway. Well at least for me. I don't know if you're chasing him or not, but if you keep showing him that you're there waiting for him when he unblocked you, he's going to keep doing it and call you when he wants.

In fact, block his number and just be you!

Yeah, I'd just block his number and move on.
His actions speak volumes. Not only is it completely childish but it's rude and disrespectful. You aren't a toy or a naughty dog he gets to put outside as a punishment and then give you attention when he's ready and you've learnt your lesson.
Two years is enough time to try and make it work - if this is the kind of behaviour he exhibits I'd just move on

I wouldn't continue to be with someone who puts me on hold. I don't know how "intense" these arguments are but to completely shut you out is immature. I think you guys should have a conversation about the whole "blocking issue" because if it is making you consider cheating maybe you guys should just break up.
