Why do I always think my boyfriend is cheating?

There is no proof that he has or ever cheated. He has given me the login to his facebook---which I will never use because my morals tell me it is wrong and I need to trust--but he has this second phone that I have the number to (because he gave it to me) and sometimes he is on it, and doesn't answer my text right away, but he is on that phone. The time stamp is on it, and the times are sometimes hours apart... like, 10:38am & 7:35pm. He isn't on it for a long period of time.

I am too scared to ask because I hate looking so insecure. I just want help on this.

Haha @Asking... you swear anyone who is cheating upon being asked will say "yes, I'm cheating" ... most will deny it even if yiu caught them in the act, and will even try to explain about how it's not what you "think"..., 😧 Ohhh really? must be day dreaming then.. 😂😂💁🏼!!

Anyway, trust issues are bad for relationships... if he's never done anything of that sort before, perhaps people you know have been cheated on or maybe you know a lot of cheaters and therefore make you doubt the person you are with... or maybe you're just paranoid? ...

Don't ask in my opinion... cause the likelihood of him admitting to it if it's true is highly unlikely... better try to find out if he is, but don't over do it... if it's taking too long to find anything and you still don't trust even without finding anything, it's better to find someone else whom you can trust or you'll just drive yourself crazy and you won't be able to be happy with someone you doubt all the time.

what I would do is be having a conversation with him, and bring up something about how you can't understand people who cheat on their partners, and see what his reaction his and how he responds to the idea of monogomy. facial expressions, breathing, tone of voice.

I do that with all guys to get a clue on how they respond to that subject. nervous replies usually means he's guilty.

If it's really bothering you then ask... That's all you have to do. It's ok to be a concerned girlfriend... just don't be a super bug aabout it... cuz that's gonna get annoying which could turn to resentment...

Dont think too much honestly that's probably ur issue... You probably just think too much about him cheating on you when you should bee just focused on making him happy and keeping yourself happy... its ok to ask questions and be concerned sometimes but being concerned all the time is unhealthy for you...

if u think much u may get more doubts and u get jelous if he talk with other girls and u get angry soo first stop overthinking and what happens let it go and move on keep loving and having him
