My boyfriend suddenly stopped being affectionate?

My boyfriend and I are 20 and have been together for 9 months. Recently, all within the past few weeks, my boyfriend has kinda out of the blue stopped being as affectionate towards me in small ways, like not kissing, hugging, holding hands with me as much, not sending me good night/good morning texts, not complimenting me as much, spending less alone time with me and always inviting his friends to come every time we hang out, and not being as interested in sex. He still talks to me every day and asks how my day is going and tells me he loves me so I'm just confused as to what could have caused the sudden shift in behavior. This is my first relationship and I've never faced an issue like this with him before so I'm just confused because nothing has really happened recently that I can trace it back to. I know these things are not a huge deal, but it's just that all these small things started happening at the same time and have come together as something very noticeable to me.
