Monitor her Facebook page daily (DON'T make it obvious), pay extra attention to how she acts now (document stuff/take pictures), and DON'T give her ANY reasons to want to go back to him (especially AVOID arguing with her), and fuck her BETTER than you have in the past. If you find anything on her and her ex DO NOT confront her immediately unless you have concert evidence she cheated... just gather as much info as you can. Hell, if you find anything on them just dump her without telling her why... that will bother her forever... especially if she loves you.

If they have reconciled only they know what kind of relationship they have. You don't. All I can say is be mindful and watch her behavior. I don't agree with being friends with ex's if they broke up on bad terms and aren't good influences. But if they were good friends, then all you can do is just let it go for now. If she gives you a reason to suspect then say something. But you can't tell her who she can and can't be friends with.
Maybe she is feeling guilty about leaving him and thinks staying friends with him will be a better choice since she doesn't want to hurt anyone.
