How does one measure masculinity? From what time period are we comparing current masculinity to? Do we have sufficient data to make any comparisons? Or is this all based on how we feel compared to some romanticized version of the past?
They are absolutely getting less masculine, and I think the reason is because women are taking on more dominate roles in society and their relationships.
I think it's more tolerance based if anything. What i mean is that more feminine characteristics are becoming more tolerable in males, which would naturally lead to more men seeming less masculine. It really depends on how you look at it.
I think the rise of social media has developed self absorbed, narcissistic males who are obsessed with taking selfies and trying to attract the attention of women by acting like women.
True. even though I'm a complete tomboy and even my mentality is more masculine and logical , I have to agree with you. Women who become masculine expect men to like them that way , I may be this way , but I don't expect a guy try and change to like something that he doesn't find attractive or instinctualy right. it just defies nature.

Yep. Men and women are both becoming wimpy. Victims of first world problems.
No, because "masculine" and "feminine" are just social constructs.
They are absolutely getting less masculine, and I think the reason is because women are taking on more dominate roles in society and their relationships.
It’s hollywood and femenists they are at a all out war with it.

Definitely. They don't know how to act anymore and it's all evident if you simply go outside.
No, men are still men. It's the culture that's changing.
I wouldn't say so. I believe masculinity and femininity is a made up social construct, that probably doesn't even exist.
Some men are being born with respect towards women and not thinking with their dicks instead of their mind and heart

Yes due to loss of our traditional practices which stimulate masculinity in men and femininity in women. And due to modernist sedentary lifestyle.
they need to eat more steak and stop putting so much product in their beards and man buns lol... pussies
feminism mainly. its been telling them that being a 'man' is pretty much wrong.
Just look at the majority of those who are anti-Trump that should explain it.
Depends how you look at it. The number of guys who act masculine might have gone down, but the guys who are actually masculine haven't changed
Your question is good. But it all depends on your definition of masculinity.
Yes, definitely. There are more betas running around than ever.
And women are becoming less feminine
It's women becoming more masculine. Men are the same. So there's no contrast anymore.
You sure about that?

Maybe it's flipped then. Cause in return. Women tend to be more masculine. Makes the last few of masculine guys feel irrelevant.
