I picked the wrong girl (between two) and now I regret it. Is there any way to get the other girl back?

I was super into one of my female friends, but she turned me down and said she just didn’t have the time or energy to date. Soon after, I started to realize how awesome this other girl was, who was friendly acquaintances with the both of us and persued her instead. At one point, to my surprise, my friend got drunk and told me that she had feelings for me. I kinda tried to talk to her about it but ended up hooking up with the other girl and ultimately decided to make her mine exclusively.

It didn’t work out, now we’ve broken up, and I stated hanging out with my friend again. Turns out, now that she’s opened up, she’s perfect for me. We can talk about anything and everything for hours on end, she’s so hot, she makes me feel so special... I literally cannot get enough of her. and I know she’s into me to.

She had sex with me (it was great), and gave all the signs of being into me, but when I asked her if this could be something more she told me that she liked me so much, but that in the back of her head she’ll always know that I chose someone else over her.

Is there anything I can do to get her to change her mind?
