Sounds like a tight leash to me, with no trust, I would just say I’m going to the store and around when I should be back, I don’t like schedules it’s bad enough I have to deal with that at work , if they have to reach me my phone is always on

I usually just say I'm heading out but I'll be home around (insert time) if you wanna come over or something.

If she asks where or who with I then I tell her but she normally just assumes it's band practice, which it usually is.

To a certain extent, yes. Of course if I'm going to do something out of the ordinary, I always tell where I'm going and when I'll be returning. Otherwise not.
