Don't have kids out of marriage!
To understand why I say this, all you have to do is watch this website for a year. You will see dozens, if not hundreds, of questions from women who complain having fucked-up their lives by having kids before being married.
Marriage serves a purpose in society because it forces people to put their money where their mouth is. And, because of that public commitment, society is willing to commit to you - to treat you more like an adult that just some dating teenager - and thus, with marriage, there come lots of benefits... the #1 benefit for a woman being stability: that her husband, as father of her kids, can't just casually break-up and sire babies with the next baby-mamma. Society is going to force him to be a dad and not just a teen-boy in a man's body squirting all over God's creation willy-nilly.
Dating = teen behavior
Marriage = adult behavior
I would want to get to know this person more beyond just talking about sex before even talking about having kids because that’s a huge commitment. But that’s just me.
Sounds like he’s catfishing you. He’s trying to convince you to do things you’re uncomfortable with which is a huge no no. Just block him and move on.
Not worth risking! You should get to know someone face to face if you are going to do such a big step :)
